WizMouse Enables Scrolling between Windows Without Focusing

In Windows navigating between Windows can be annoying for power users. Reason is to scroll and look for another file at another window, the user would have to click on the window putting it on focus first then only the mouse scroll wheel would work otherwise it will be scrolling on the first window. Microsoft would have made Windows better by enhancing the mouse to enable scrolling without putting it on focus. Meaning only the scrolling would work but it wouldn’t change focus on Windows.
Thanks to Antibody Software, they have made a small utility that makes your mouse wheel work on the window under the mouse. It scrolls windows under the mouse without having to click first and even enables the mouse wheel in applications that don’t support mouse wheels.
With WizMouse, you no longer have to click on a window before being able to scroll it with the mouse wheel. This is a far more comfortable and practical way to make use of the mouse wheel. After installation, there is nothing much to do other than running it and keeping it active in system tray. If you find that some window or program is acting weird because of incompatibility with WizMouse, you can disable converting mouse wheel commands into scrollbar commands.
