7plus Adds Features to Explorer and Window Handling to Improve Windows

Windows already has a bunch of shortcut keys and right click context menu that has been thought of by Microsoft development team to make working with Windows easier and faster. However Microsoft did not add too many shortcuts and features to Windows as it might confuse the novice users and might scare them off as there are so many things to learn.

For advanced users, you can have more features by using 7plus. 7plus is a project written in Autohotkey which tries to make working with Windows much more comfortable by adding features to explorer, window handling, and lots of other small tweaks. For example it allows you to quickly upload files to an FTP server directly from explorer with a single hotkey, navigate to your favorite folders with numpad keys, keep windows always on top, etc…

7plus improves windows

7plus has 5 categories which is tweaks for Explorer 1, Explorer 2, Windows, FTP and Misc. A few useful examples are pressing F8 creates new folder, Alt+C copies filename, middle click on title bar to close program, double click on empty taskbar to launch Windows Task Manager, WIN+C to open command prompt and many many more! You can of course disable the hook if you do not like it by going to the configuration window. 7plus needs to be running in background in order to hook all these commands or else it would not work. Takes up only about 5MB from memory.
